Flower Fae Camp Wed Aug 14

Weds August 14th ~ Rosemary Session Sidney Island, Sidney Spit (require short ferry ride of 25mins)

Flower Crowns, Bundle Dying, Herbal Honeys and Sacred Belonging
Time: 10am-4pm
Ages: 5-8

We will be weaving flower crowns with rosemary, fresh farm flowers, stories of deep remembrance & belonging. Belonging to the natural world, belonging to the cycles of the seasons, belonging in our bodies, belonging within our community.
Activities:
-We will be making custom flower crowns with rosemary, farm flowers and medicinal herbs
-We will be making infused honeys with local honey and farm grown medicinal plants for each kiddo to take home
-We will be making small bundle dyed bandanas with natural plant parts and botanical dyes for each kiddo to take home.

We will provide light snacks but will ask that participants come prepared with packed lunch and water for the day. Please let us know of any pre-existing health conditions or allergies upon registration.
